No scraping, tracking, harvesting, or copying of the website in a manner that causes harm or instability to the website is permitted. Additionally, Agrofácil may not collect or share copyrighted materials without prior consent. In cases of suspected misuse, we may block users by IP addresses, access types, browsers, or other categories of technology at our sole discretion. Crawlers that change IP addresses or do not respect specified crawling speeds may be blocked or banned, although this is usually a last resort. Not immediately banning a user who violates the Terms of Service does not constitute permission or compliance.

Products are available while supplies last. However, prices displayed on the site are quoted in US dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. Prices are subject to change without notice. Agrofácil may also change, remove, move, or add products without notice on the site.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products appearing on the site. If you are not satisfied with the color of your product as presented online, Agrofácil will be happy to exchange it.

We appreciate your business. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, simply return it and it will be replaced or exchanged, or you may be credited or refunded. Refunds or credits will not include service charges or freight charges. Customized, monogrammed, or personalized items cannot be returned, and the customer must submit fax, email, or mail instructions for exact customization to ensure accuracy. Books, videos, DVDs, and CDs, as well as vaccines and biologicals, are non-returnable. Items showing signs of use or abuse are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Direct shipped items cannot be returned. Prices are subject to change without notice. Due to the possibility of typographical or human error, Agrofácil is not responsible for errors. This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by you or Agrofácil. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Agrofácil may also terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the site, if, in its sole discretion, you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement by you or Agrofácil, you must immediately destroy all downloaded or otherwise obtained materials from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.
